voice_input.wav not found

Here are the details:
Windows 7 64 bit
Running HLDJ on TF2
Running both as admin.
voice_input.wav not found/made. When F1 --> Play Audio Key is pressed, Mic input is heard instead.

Running HLDJ 1.6.2

I know some others are having the same problem. And this is my first time using hldj after my friends advised me to get it. I hope someone can lead me in the right direction. I even tried disabling my microphone, doesn't work. Somebody help me!
