[TF2] Songs not playing. Only hearing my voice.

Since I downloaded it HLDJ didn't want to play any songs. What I can only hear is my voice like when using voice commands. Here is the "question schema":
1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you? Yes
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)? Yes
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?
Loaded: Song
Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/hldj_cmd_k.cfg
4) Create your own local server and set the appropriate sv_ commands (see above), then:
4-a) Load one of the sample audio files and perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where? /Steam/<username>/team fortress 2, as it should be I guess
4-b) If it exists, open it in an audio player: does it sound like the audio file you loaded? Yes
4-c) If it exists, return to the game, and enter the following into console:
CODE: SELECT ALL
voice_inputfromfile 1; voice_loopback 1; voice_forcemicrecord 0; voice_modenable 1; voice_enable 1; +voicerecord
Does the audio file start to play? No, just hearing my voice again, and sometimes not even that...
5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a microphone, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game? Voice works perfectly but I think my mic is a bit crappy.

ensure you've followed step 4 correctly when setting up your server.

By creating a local server and setting the sv_commands it is meant to insert them in the console when I'm in the server right? Because it's what I did.

yes, or before. in either case, nothing is wrong with your HLDJ, if you suspect it's the game, try re-installing it.

I guess that there is no other solution that does not require the reinstall of the game right?

Ok so I put the sv commands right this time and the audio sample works, but other songs edited with audacity in the corrcet way don't work. Why?
