I tried using this program on L4D2 and i put F1 as my bind key by accident and now my F1 key is always unbound so I can no longer participate in votes and such.
How can I just uninstall this program and remove all traces? I tried doing a delete and reinstall from Steam but the binds are still there.
What can i do?

the program is uninstalled by deleting it.
rebind the key in the game's options.
