stereo quality with HLDJ Audio Converter

Hi. Will the Audio Converter have the capability to convert MP3s into wav files with a stereo-like quality? meaning it will sound almost equal to the original MP3, with a good balanced sound, instead of all the music coming from one direction.

The lower quality isn't due to the HLDJ audio converter; there is simply no way to have the proper format so that the source engine accepts it and high quality at the same time.
