ive Reformated my PC, uninstalled Steam Reinstalled Steam ..Reinstalled CSS and STILL this program is installed!!!!!!!!!! ive deleted the CFG folder...and ive done everything else !!!!! HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS PROGRAM!!!!! look what happens when ever i start steam and than CSS....this bullshit ...
