I tried it with Counter Strike Source and everything shows up in the console. Works perfectly.

Ok I started the game with HLDJ and I still just see only those 3 files. I'm sure I got the directory right.

Thanks for the help. I did the search and there are three files:
hldj_cmd_a.cfg
hldj_cmd_b.cfg
hldj_cmd_c.cfg

They are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\4992257\240\remote\cfg

I think I setup HLDJ properly. I have the mod Battlegrounds 2 and I set the game directory to the bg2 folder in my sourcemods folder. When I start the game using HLDJ and open the console nothing related to HLDJ comes up. Well on first run HLDJ detected BG2 but it didn't work then I set it up ...
