Hldj ONLY works on servers with "sv_use_steam_voice 0" and "sv_allow_voice_from_file 1"? I kind of expected it to be able to work on all servers. :/

Got it to work in offline mode using hldj_next. Still does not work on servers.

So, I ran a couple mp3's through the audio converter and HLDJ put them in it's audio files. However, When I went into my game (Team Fortress 2) and into offline mode to test it out, but instead of hearing my songs all I could hear was a bit of static and myself when I spoke.
