Alright, so I know HLDJ works for me since I've tried it on my own local server but I would have to type "sv_use_steam_voice 0" in order to get the sound working. Problem is most of the other servers have "sv_use_steam_voice 1" instead of 0. But the weird thing is even though I'm pretty sure mine ...
