They hear my music but i don't

Hey, first of all, my English sucks, but i try to write it clearly.
I use HLDJ 1.4 (?) not the new beta when i see my console and type "la" i can choose my soundfile
but when i join on a server and press F2 (its my HLDJ-Button for playing) the other ones are hearing my music, but i cant hear it..
Whats the problem?

If it's 1.4.5 (or even if it's 1.4.8) I highly recommend you switch to 1.5.0, it's a vast improvement over the others.
That being said, check in console that the cvar "voice_loopback" is set to "1". Can you ordinarily hear others talking?
