music not playing

hello FIRST POST =) any way i can get the non converted music downlaoded from this website to play but any otehr music i rip from my cd's /downlaod from net i cant get to play i followed the guide at

to the letter and its not working no ideal why it starts up and everythange at the mic turns on like normal but it wont play any music
can any 1 help with this please me and a buddy been owning in l4d with this up and are combined 4 songs are getting old lol
