hldj 1.5.0 wont start

hldj 1.5.0 wont start

for some reason, i open up hldj and it says "Would you like to run the setup now?" i click yes and then it freezes and says it wouldnt work or some other shit like that. i know Renegade said it on the stickies but i dont really know what to do.. im on Vista 32BIT
