Just for anyone that isn't aware, Kuma Games are free, ad supported multi-player games that run in the source engine. For all intents and purposes, they are essentially mods, but they are completely independent from Steam.
Because so few people play these games, there is very little documentation available for problems like this, so this is the only place i have to turn.
Also, before I answer the basic questions from the sticky, HLDJ works PERFECTLY in CSS and DoD:S right now, the only two other games I have tried it in, it's just Mobsters that seems to have the issue.
1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you?
Kuma Games uses its own client in order to push ads to people, to block the ads I'm using Steam to launch directly into the game through the kuma.exe (just a renamed hl2.exe), so basically, without rambling any further, I never tried to have it launch the game.
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?
HLDJ Loaded Successfully appears, there are a few errors, but I think this might be coming from the game itself as they appear to just be complaining about missing materials, nothing to do with HLDJ.
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?
Typing LA will give me the list of songs, but if I select one and try to play it, its as if its unable to load the song. Typing hldjsca after this will just show that no song is loaded.
4) After loading one of the sample audio files, perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where?
Yes, it shows up, and its exact directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\Kuma Games\KillpointMP, which for anyone that isn't familiar with kuma would basically be CSS's cstrike directory, so I think this part is correct.
5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game? *
I don't have a mic, but there was a point where I did and HLDJ still did not work.
Also, just to get a few obvious solutions out of the way, here are a few things I've tried:
I've tried both the most recent and most stable version of HLDJ
sv_allow_voice_from_file doesn't seem to exist in mobsters
voice_inputfromfile is set to 1
Various combinations of compatibility modes and administrator privileges
voice_enable is set to 1
I know that most, if not all people here are probably unfamiliar with this game, but any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: HLDJ is unable to play music on Kuma Game's Mobsters
"sv_allow_voice_from_file" must be set to '1' on a game server. If a game disables this command, HLDJ will not work. To the best of my knowledge, HLDJ will not work on Mobsters as this command is missing.

Re: HLDJ is unable to play music on Kuma Game's Mobsters
Wasn't sv_allow_voice_from_file added in an engine update? I believe Mobsters runs on a somewhat outdated version of the Orange Box engine, since the game doesn't seem to recognize the command at all.
Re: HLDJ is unable to play music on Kuma Game's Mobsters
Games (such as Garry's Mod) can disable commands within the engine.
