Can't unassign a play key?

I set my "play" key to 0, but wanted to change it because it interferes with some sourcemod menus (like voting for maps). I changed it to the \ key, but 0 still plays. How can I change it for good?

Bind the key in the game. Options -> Controls or "bind <key> <command>" in console.
