I will convert something, and it works out fine and plays in HLDJ fine until after a few days...
But then that song will morph into a song I already converted. Like, all of the audio is gone and replaced with the new song but it still has the title of the old song.
This has happened twice already and I can't find anything.

Re: Songs overlaying each other?
another user reported this, could happen rarely if HLDJ switches from using file links to copying the file. If you can produce the problem consistently, try the build from here:
http://hldj.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1140
if that reliably fixes the problem, let me know and I'll push an update.

Sorry, but it's still replacing songs, and I'm actually noticing a few more glitches than my old HLDJ...
Re: Songs overlaying each other?
make sure only 1 instance of HLDJ is running. if you can reproduce it consistently, here are a few questions that might narrow it down:
- what drive does it happen on?
- is the audio on the same drive as HLDJ?
- same drive as the operating system?
- do you have admin privileges?

Re: Songs overlaying each other?
Ok, turns out I had managed to keep HLDJ on for up to 20 runs because I forget to stop it after using it...that might be why, but I'm not sure if it still won't do it.
Thing is, HLDJ doesn't minimize to the tray...it just disappears. It's still running and I can bring it up again from the taskbar menu, but it never really "minimizes" so I forget it's still on half the time.
