Help with bad quallity

Hi,i am from Bulgaria sry for my bad english.I convert the mp3 files with the program HLDJ.When i play the converted files(wav) the quallity is good.But when i start the game and play the file in there,the quallity is very very bad.I cant even hear the voice good.Can someone help me ?
