TF2 Sounds are messed up.

I've been having a problem after using HLDJ in TF2.

It was working at first but then it stopped working, instead it made a small tish tish noise. Also on top of that sounds made by my player, such as cloaking, uncloaking and other things aren't working. I can still hear other players but not my own noises. Please help!
