HLDJ annoying problem

I need help on an issue.

On a specific server, my clan hosts HLDJ nights. However, for the past two weeks HLDJ has been having a problem on this server. When somebody or myself uses it, the songs seem to be fine, but it cut out every 1-3 seconds, for about .25 to .50 of a second. I'm perplexed by this as I tested it our surf server as soon as I encountered this problem and it worked perfectly fine on that server. The problem seems to only exist on our deathrun server.

likely the server, lag, etc. if it's only you experiencing this you can play with voice_voicefadeouttime, but HLDJ already sets this to an optimal value.
