Thanks anyway for your help. I'll manage somehow without sound clips. 
apparently it dosent let you remove ie8 when u have service pack 3.
i got rid of that but ie still dosent want to get removed
i googled how to remove ie completly and pretty much still suck with hldj crashing on setup step
