hey i have a problem when i play an audio file, in counter strike source, it plays on high speed.
i mean the audio file goes way to fast then it should be playing.

when i play the file in windows media player it goes normal at 100% speed not at 120% speed.

Read the sticky, you probably made a mistake when converting.
