Slow Motion Sounds (Don't Work)

Some sounds I have play fine, specifically .wav files at 176kbps.
However, the ones I'm currently having problems with are .wav files at 1411kbps. In-game, these are in extremely slow motion.
I've tried converting them, but it seems the converter only works on Mp3 files. I have also tried changing the bit rate, but don't know how to. Can somebody help me here?
EDIT: Figured it out. Convert the .wav file into an Mp3 via Audacity, then back into a .wav with the HLDJ converter.
