I only hear my mic

Hi,
i know there are alot of theards like this. I cant get it to work. i also went through the checklist in the "read before post"-theard.
I have WInows 7 64 bit.
Hldj stats css and loads the audio (voice_input.wav). My mic is plugged in and its set as default mic in the sounds settings. I dont know what to do.
Any Idea?
