HLDJ won't work on TF2 HELP

soo i loged on today with HLDJ on TF2, and i tried to use it the first time it worked perfectly but i joined another game and it just repeated things from my laptop....
1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you?
Yes
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?
no it says
HLDJ loaded - some files could not be written ( 1 error ) !
ANY HELP?
