Hldj has completely stopped working

So yeah, I have used hldj alot in the past, but this one time a year ago I added a song the same way I did with every other song. This somehow completely screwed hldj up for me, I have completely deleted the song and everything hldj related and reinstalled probably 100 times now with no luck. I have made a video of my issue while playing tf2 and I have some pictures of just how my hldj is set up if that helps but I do not know how to link them to the topic.
