Anyone esle have this problem? My friend just started hldj and he did everything the manual told him and it still does not work. When he clicks play this message would pop up "Game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time" and now he can't start Cs:s.

sounds like a Steam issue. You probably want to either restart Steam, or try deleting the client.blob in your Steam directory.
