Unkown Command in css when pressing la then 2

The photo is in the attachments, I cannot play any my music in css anymore. If I choose too i have to relaunch the game and load it up before in a server, its really annoying and tedious. I'm sure somebody must know a way to fix this issue other than reinstalling css or any other painful solutions.

sv_allow_wait_command, make sure it's set to 1. also, the wait command doesn't affect your ability to play music.

It's on one, and i can't switch through folders easily. God this is a nightmare

It works on a create a server but online it doesn't.
