Problem With HLDJ

I've got a really weird problem with HLDJ, that I couldn't figure out in any way for over two days, let me explain that:

I launch HLDJ with Garry's Mod, and the console says everything works right. When I launch my own local server to test if it really works, it does. I can hear the music and no sound problems are present. Now the problem is, I cannot play any music on other servers, console says everything works fine, but when I play music, nobody hears it. Can someone tell me how to fix it? I am not getting any errors or whatever! Even the normal samples don't work!

EDIT: Oh also, I tried everything from that thread "Read this before posting in this section" and nothing helped me even slightly!
