1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you? Yes

2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)? Yes

3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"? i think loading the song successfull

4) Create your own local server and set the appropriate sv_ commands (see above), then: Diddnt worke. Iam playing on one local server they are all palying with hldj but i can hear only my voice.

4-a) Load one of the sample audio files and perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where? Console

4-b) If it exists, open it in an audio player: does it sound like the audio file you loaded? No

4-c) If it exists, return to the game, and enter the following into console: ??

4-a: does the file exist in ...\Steam\<your-user-name>\<the-game>?

No it dont exist .. what i have to do ? :/

Try these things:
- after stopping HLDJ, search your Steam directory for any "hldj_..." files and delete them.
- turn off Steam Cloud
- english language version of your game
- run HLDJ as Administrator

its still the same i delted all files in my folder both cstrike english and cstrike german its still teh same i runed it as administrator goes ingame and wont play music i looked i dount find this file voice_input.wav btw.. before 2 month it worked perfect ... dontknow what happend i rly need this but may we can write on skype or something else ? would be nice

It's strange that it would work before and suddenly stop working. I can't really say what it is, but you might try re-installing Steam and your game, see if that works. Also try it on another computer if you have one.
