No
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)?
No
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"?
No

I added all games in my library (through Add All Games) and HLDJ is not launching any of them for some reason.

if you want HLDJ to start the game, make sure "Launch game" is checked in Options.
also verify you have the Steam broswer protocol installed (which is installed by Steam)

Meh, just re-installed and works fine. Thanks for the help though :3
