All of a sudden my newly converted files don't work

I have some files I converted a few months ago using Audacity, and they work fine. I tried to convert a few more songs last night and none of them play in HLDJ (silence). I can play the old ones just fine. I'm following the instructions on the tips page exactly, and I even opened the new and the old WAVs in Foobar and they all show as Mono, 16 bit PCM WAV (both the ones that work and the ones that don't). I'm at a loss here, any suggestions?

FWIW, I'm running Win7 x64 w/ the latest version of HLDJ playing L4D2.
