Whenever I get into the game [Battlegrounds 2] I type "la" into console, choose the song I want to use, it responds and says it is loading the file. I join the game, and I press the play key, which I put as Delete. My mic turns on and all that I can hear is a "Whale like" feedback noise, and people complaining about the sound.. This person that I knew, who was in game, said that he could hear his voice as if it were and echo. I know I properly converted the files by using dBpoweramp Music Converter. As it says on the setup instructions, make the file format: ".wav, 11025Hz, 16bit, mono." I have tried various songs from my list on Itunes and all of them do the same.
I have given you everything I have done, please tell me if you know what is wrong, I would love to play music for my clan mates.

Battle Grounds 2 is a 3rd-party Source Mod is it not? If so, you'll need to follow the instructions from the sticky entitled similarly.
Alternatively, if you're using the current build of HLDJ (1.4.08), use "Add" to add the game in Setup and it should take care of everything for you.
