Hi i was wondering if you can move all the posts from the old forum into this new forum. is this possible?

Unfortunately the old forum hosting http://hostedboard.com/ is poorly managed. I've contacted the so-called "admin" numerous times to try and get a back-up, but no luck as of yet.
