adding games error 'The file binds.hldj could not be opened.

i just downloaded hldj and it sayed
"No game profiles currently exist. Would you like to run setup now?"
so i clicked yes then got this one
"Would you like to add all of your games now?"
then i clicked yes agian i i got this error
"The file binds.hldj could not be opened. It may be corrupt or missing."
what the heck do i do now?
