I converted my audio files to the specs in the manual.

source game: 11025 Hz, 16 bit, mono

when i go to play my songs in game, they play about 4x slower than normal and it is impossible to hear anything. Suggestions?

I'm getting this too. Solution I've found is to raise the speed of the original WAV by 100%. In Audacity, go to Effects, click Change Speed, then enter 100 in the Percent Change box.

... or you could just convert it correctly.
