URGENT HELP ;d plz

HI!
i have recently sqiithched iver from hlss to hldj due to the bad sound quality of hlss ...
my problem is with hldj is when i set it up i open it then it popups with that message saying wud u like to run the setup i clik yes then bam.. an error message pops up asking if i want to send or not send and it just laggs out...
i honestly don't know why i follow the exact instructions of videos + manuals and help will be very much appericated
