Play Audio Button not working

I have mine binded to F9 and when I press it the audio wont start, I typed playaudio and it does work! But since I cant stop it I can't talk using my mic since every time I use my mic I can hear myself and the music starts. I only have this problem on the game Empires..

It's possible F9 is reserved for some other action in Empires. Try another key, or if you're fine with using the console, just enter "playaudio" again to stop playback
(note: in the next release, "playaudio" will become "hldj_playaudio").

Ok well I successfully binded it to MOUSE5, this is getting a tiny bit off topic but when I tried that with Counter-Strike:Source [MOUSE5] it didn't work..
As well as some songs just wont play, they have worked but after I log out change servers etc and try to play the same song again it wont play..

Could be your mouse drivers.
Make sure the song is converted correctly.
