Need Help With GoldWave

My normal voice clips files play ok, however my music, specially being hard progressive trance doesnt sound that good, i went to gold wave and puted these settings, wich are the ones i used for the voice clips to be heard clearly:

Bandpass/Stop: From (Hz)- 100
To (Hz)- 5512

that was the initial frequency range, heres the match volume: average dB: -18.0 and i selected the option: Reduce Average level to avoid clipping
Now here“s the Resample, wich is: Rate (Hz)- 11025

But my musics still dont sound clear, i can still hear interference throughout the songs and some static, so im uploading my 2 music files, and what i ask is, if possible for someone that really knows about editing the files to sound really nice, to do just that :) and test them after :) Theyre already in the right setup for source games: 16 bit Mono Rate 11025 :) Here They Are:

After editing the wavs, and uploading them you can post the link here :) And il take them :)

Again, whoever volunteers to do this, thank you for taking a time of your day to help me :)

You should avoid re-converting pre-converted wav's since quality is lost during each conversion.
For a guide (in Audacity) on how to improve quality, check out this thread:

That's what the guides for.
Also, as mentioned, pre-converted wavs aren't helpful; for anyone to help you, they'll need the originals.
