I have already tried lowering the volume of the songs but whenever it plays, it does it at the same volume, which is very loud. I even went far enough to make it so quiet to make it a whisper, but when I played it, it was blaring again. Could someone help me?

Make sure your changes are being saved/exported properly to the file (re-open it after saving to double-check).
Additionally, look for the option to reduce your outbound mic volume in the game's mic options.
