I have HLDJ on windows 7, I have all the music converted and loaded properly, but it doesn't work! i see the speech bubble in the lower corner, but no audio is being played. I have a microphone that works, but it still isn't working properly. how come/

Okay, i guess it only doesn't work with one song... it was doing the same things as was described in this thread:

I followed the steps, but it didn't work...

So the sample audio and others work? If it's just that specific song, and you're sure you've followed the guide in the manual exactly, check for other oddities about that specific file, i.e. remove any tag/meta data.
