UNACCEPTABLE! why does this force my rates?

i am a scrimmer, and i need these to be at 100. Why does hldj force these down to 60?

Maybe When your scrimming dont use HLDJ to Launch the Game.
So once your finished Quit out of CS:S,DoD:S...Etc. And then launch it with HLDJ To make fun of the other Team

The only way HLDJ would alter your rates is if you've enabled it via Options -> Optimizations -> "Enable network optimizations"
Other than that, double check all your config files and settings (as well as your "custom" folder and "hldj_custom.cfg"), especially any that you haven't written yourself.
