Can't add GMod to game profiles

I recently got Garry's Mod and tried to add it to my HLDJ game profiles. I added it like normal with every other source game (...username\garrysmod\garrysmod) and for some reason it links me to the Source SDK when I try to start it up. Anyone know why this happens?
