Custom HLDJ onscreen menu for CS:S

I was planning to do some binds so they were accessible through ingame menu, like the Counter Strike Source radio communication menu where you press Z, X or C and then 1 to 0 for specific radio messages. I think this would be way easier to play some sounds quickly than binding the whole keyboard and remembering each sound. With that we could get more juice out of HLDJ.
The problem behind the most common use of HLDJ is that many servers sees playing music as spamming and HLDJ users are often kicked of banned from some servers due to spamming. Why not making easier to use HLDJ more as a way to create customized radio menu and messages?
That can be really handy and extremely fun. That way we could use many soundboards sounds to, who knows, maybe get something closer to this video:

Of course I know that the video above looks more likely to be a very good impersonation than a soundboard thing but if it is possible, my idea would sound something more like this:

So here's the point:
How do I create an ingame menu, so when I press "P" key, like the radio comm menus for example, it opens a menu with the sounds from HLDJ so I can select from 1-9 for each sound and 0 to exit menu? And after that, how should I bind these numbers to specific sounds?
Reading this post (http://www.hldj.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=252) I got a clue that this is maybe possible by binding keys dynamically, but I didn't realize how to do the ingame menu with the description of each soundboard and number keys mapped to them.
Other point we should be aware of is, being my idea possible, will the sound start to play automatically right after the mapped key
number is pressed of do I still have to press "F1" to start play?
I dont know if this is really possible with the most recent HLDJ version (1.5.02 Beta) or should wait a future version.
Looking further I found this:

Maybe that's the way we should start something. Please HELP, Renegade!
Thanks in advance
