What i'm trying to say is. How can i make it so whenever i want to use voice, pressing X for example wont set off a sound. And whenever i press F3 it'll play sound

Basically X to talk, F3 to play music.

Is it possible? Because other wise it seems kinda pointless unless i'm a DJ xD.

Just bind your mic key to X and your play audio key to F3. Unless you're asking how to talk while broadcasting music, in which case this is not possible.
