1) Does HLDJ launch the game correctly for you? Yes
2) Does "HLDJ Loaded Successfully" appear in console on starting the game (with no errors)? Yes
3) What is the console output after selecting a song, or issuing other HLDJ commands such as "hldj_next"? ] 22 Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/hldj_cmd_b.cfg Loaded : crash
4) After loading one of the sample audio files, perform a search of your Steam directory (without stopping HLDJ) for the file "voice_input.wav" - does it show up, and if so, where? Not sure what that means
5) Does voice normally work for you? If not, or you do not have a mic, have you remembered to set up any applicable options in your operating system and/or the game? My mic works fine.

The problem is when ever i load a song, it only plays my mic. (voice)

I also had a problem with finding an activation key, the drop down menu was blank so i had to write in F5.

And I also have two garrysmod game profiles listed in the game section, not sure why.

One last thing, it works in CSS but not in gmod.

My version is HLDJ 1.6.0 a10 32 bit with windows vista.

#4. Start HLDJ and the game, load an audio file, alt-tab out of the game into windows, open up a window to your steam directory and search it for "voice_input.wav" (as you would search for any other file, i.e. ctrl+F, F3, etc), note whether or not it shows up and its location.
Also, be sure that you are testing on your own local server with sv_allow_voice_from_file set to 1.

Check the paths of the two similar games in Setup. Probably one points to the "/cfg" folder which is incorrect and you can delete it.
