Hldj not working =/ gmod( windows 7)

Hmm =/ where to being i downloaded the stable version 32-bit for my windows 7 because my friend gave me a tip it would work like this. I have my play key and the voice file in the gmod file is there still but nothing plays. When i launch garry'mod using hldj it load fine, no errors. I join a Server, hit la, and load my sing buy when i hit P nothing plays even though is mai button D:
