Quality issues

ok so when i join a server where alot of ppl use hljd and it is not a problem with anyone when people play hldj files but apperently i have a horrible quality and i cant figure out how to fix it i have folowed a few guides from the website and that made it better but still not good quality. i am using Audacity and would like to know how to get a better quality file
