who, what, when

HLDJ is designed with the intention of adding additional entertainment value to the experience of online gaming, and in doing so facilicates a form of inter-process communication between the game and itself. The HLDJ project is created and maintained by Renegade (Anthony Penniston) in his spare time during university.
