play responsibly:

Please practice good DJ-ing etiquette while using HLDJ. Always check before playing audio that it is okay to do so on the server you are playing on and that the large majority of players are in favor of it. Wantonly spamming servers with music/audio that is poor in quality or unsolicited can quickly get you muted, kicked, and/or banned.

As a form of courtesy, try to limit playing audio to inactive periods of gameplay such as in between rounds, while waiting to spawn, while spectating, or in general, when playing audio will not disturb or distract players from playing and enjoying the game.

HLDJ works best when entertaining for all, not just one!
