So I recently downloaded and unzipped HLDJ, and updated it to the 1.4.8 release. Most of the songs I've played using the proper setup have worked (with a reduction in the track gain), but I have two problematic wavs atm. They play just fine in any music player, and they are loaded into the voice_input.wav just fine, but for some reason HLDJ won't play them. I repeated the steps multiple times to make sure the problem wasn't in the method in the instructions, but to no avail. For reference, I used Audacity for the sound editing, and I am on Windows 7 (HLDJ runs just fine on my computer, and IE8 is uninstalled). My microphone works regularly still, and other wav files will play just fine when loaded up.
Is there any particular way I can get them to play?

Re: Some songs won't play (TF2)
Were the other (working) songs converted through Audacity as well? Upload the problematic ones, I'll give them a test.
Re: Some songs won't play (TF2)
The working ones were also done through Audacity. The wav files are original music though, so I wonder whether how they were created affects things somehow. Here is a link to one of the mischievous tracks: http://www.math.uiuc.edu/~wcho6/sticker ... phony1.wav
I was able to work around this issue, which turned out to be for quite a number of tracks I've converted with Audacity, by using Goldwave, but I'm puzzled as to why this problem seems to be with Audacity in particular (I've run into the same problem with HLSS).

It's not one I've seen crop up too many times before, but the wav file contains a non-standard tag (probably added by FruityLoops). Audacity respects it and simply keeps it through conversion, but the game doesn't seem to like it. You can remove it manually or during the conversion process: in the latest version of Audacity, after choosing "Export" it will prompt you with metadata info, just hit the "Clear" button to clear all non-standard tags.
