Music not working, but hldj working.

as i have done in the past, hldj worked completely, and i loved it. one day i get into garry's mod and i push my keybind to play music (after typeing la and selectitong my song) nothing played. all i herd was sounds comming straight from my mic (as if i was just holding my push-to-talk button without hldj. i have no clue what caused this as for hldj worked before.
