Only sample song works

I downloaded a sample song from this website to check if converting of my songs was working and it works in all my games but none of my converted songs work when i play any of my own songs it doesn't play any sound and all i hear is feedback from my mic or nothing if my mics not plugged in but the sample works perfectly Ive tried converting many different songs with all 4 different converters that were suggested in manual none make my songs work i checked the properties my songs have exact same as sample wave i just do not know what it could be please help

i have figured it out anyone who's suffering from this echo no music problem its because you cannot convert mp4g to wav with any program so what you must do is use switch sound file converter to convert a mp4g to a mp3 and then with audacity u take the mp3 and convert it to a wav and now all my songs work i don't understand it but it works

I am also having this problem. Sample plays fine, but not the wav I've created. I used Audacity to record something off YouTube. 11025 Hz, 16-bit PCM, split the track and made one of them mono. Plays fine in Winamp, and the file info concurs with the settings for the recording. I load the file in game, and I see the icon on my right like I do when the sample is playing, but no audio. When I stop the track, I see a VERY brief flash of my name with the mic-chat icon. Totally lost.

Make sure no tags or other precarious/non-standard data is being added to the wav file. If you're still experiencing trouble, create a new topic and upload the problematic file.
